Functional Yin and the Subtle Body | 40 HRS
Functional Yin Yoga and the Subtle Body is an ideal training if you desire to deepen your practice, share Yin Yoga with others, gain a deeper understanding of functional anatomy, and/or learn more about the Subtle Body.
The functional approach to Yin Yoga is an adaptive, responsive approach to teaching the postures that lets go of striving for a perfect shape and embraces the realities of skeletal variation and individual bodies. This 40-hour training is especially supportive for those who want to share from an inclusive lens and is helpful even for those who have taken previous Yin trainings.
By the end of this training you will be fully prepared to share Yin Yoga with others and to cultivate your own deep home practice. Teachers currently registered with Yoga Alliance will receive 40 hours of Continuing Education credits.
